Game fishing
When you choose Untamed Waters, you are not booking a trip. You are commissioning an expedition.
The Corridors
Fishing Grounds
Rather than limiting ourselves to a single base, we operate across three defined corridors, each offering its own character, structure and fishing style.
When booking your expedition, simply choose between Havelock, Northern, or Southern, based on the experience you’re after.
THE HAVELOCK CORRIDOR
Fishing out of Havelock, Swaraj Dweep, offers a distinctive balance of serious sportfishing and a more dynamic island atmosphere. Known as one of the more active destinations in the Andaman Islands, Havelock provides a lively yet refined base for anglers who appreciate both productive water and an engaging environment ashore.
Well-established hospitality, quality accommodations and a social island setting make it an attractive choice for those travelling with family or groups.
From here, we access renowned grounds including:
Barren Island, India’s only active volcano, rises dramatically from deep blue water, creating nutrient-rich current systems that attract powerful pelagic species. The offshore banks offer structure in open water where large fish patrol pressure edges and shifting thermoclines.
This corridor blends accessibility with world-class fishing potential. Refined, iconic and consistently rewarding.
Northern Expedition
Remote. Expansive. Untouched.
The Northern corridor is where the Andamans begin to feel truly wild. Stretching across Long Island, Mayabunder, and Diglipur, these waters see minimal pressure, and it shows.
Expect dramatic reef systems, deep drop-offs, and powerful currents that attract large, aggressive pelagic species. The scale here is vast.
Fewer boats. Longer runs. Bigger rewards.
With special permits, the experience can extend to Narcondum, an isolated volcanic island rising straight out of deep water. This is for anglers who want distance from the ordinary and are willing to go further for it.
Southern Expedition
Operating from Chidya Tapu or Little Andaman, the southern corridor offers a wilder, more isolated character similar to the northern islands.
Ideal for popping, jigging, and trolling, the Southern corridor is built for anglers chasing powerful fish in quieter waters. If the North is about scale, the South is about solitude.
