Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking any activity with Untamed Waters. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and safety protocols.
1.Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as advised. Prices are exclusive of GST, alcoholic beverages, special permits, and equipment rentals unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted include UPI, bank transfer, and cash. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
2.Cancellations
- —Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to departure will be refunded in full.
- —Cancellations made between thirty (30) and fifty-nine (59) days prior to departure will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the booking amount.
- —Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of departure, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.
- —Trips cancelled by Untamed Waters due to operational reasons, including adverse weather conditions, shall be rescheduled or refunded at the Company's discretion.
3.Liability
Participation in all activities, including but not limited to fishing, snorkelling, and swimming, is entirely at the guest's own risk.
Untamed Waters, its directors, employees, and agents accept no liability for personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in any of our activities.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to obtain medical clearance prior to participation and must inform the crew of any relevant conditions before boarding.
4.Permits
Applicable permit fees are payable by the guest and are not included in the base trip price unless explicitly stated:
- Indian Nationals: ₹500 per person - Foreign Nationals: ₹2,500 per person
Permit requirements may vary by destination and are subject to change by government authorities. Untamed Waters will advise guests on applicable permits at the time of booking.
5.Conduct
Untamed Waters reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation without refund if a guest's behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of crew instructions.
Guests must: - Follow all safety briefings and crew instructions at all times - Treat the marine environment with respect — no littering, no damage to coral or marine life - Refrain from consuming excessive alcohol prior to or during trips - Behave respectfully towards crew members and fellow guests
Guests who violate these terms may be removed from the vessel at the nearest safe point, with no refund issued.
6.Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, alterations, or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions or high sea states - Natural disasters (cyclones, earthquakes, tsunamis) - Government regulations, restrictions, or authority directives - Civil unrest or political instability - Any other circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control
In such events, Untamed Waters will endeavour to reschedule the trip at the earliest opportunity or provide a credit toward a future booking. Refunds due to force majeure are at the Company's discretion.
7.General
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Untamed Waters and the guest. By making a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
